Washer spins but clothes wringing wet when done. No water is standing in washer. WHAT IS WRONG?

Sounds like the thrust bearing is getting worn. This is the assembly that is responsible for releasing the brake so the machine can spin. As it wears, the brake is not allowed to completely release and this slows the spin speed. The bearing is sold at this site as a kit and is well within the average person's ability to replace. No special tools are required. Here's the part number: Part number: AP4009132
