Figured I would give this a shot before I called someone to come repair.

The washer works normal when the load size is set to small. But when you set the load size to large or super it doesnt agitate. Its like holding a glass under a running faucet and there is a hole in the bottom of the glass. Water just keeps running. If i switch the load size from large to small while its running, the water will drain and then agitate when it hits the water level for the small load.

The machine is just over two years old and we just moved this week. Worked fine before we moved but this started happening right after the move.

Any insight on maybe something I can do without having to have someone come out and it look would be appreciated.

Hi.

Check the air pressure hose for any damage.
Then with tub full of water on large load remove the wires from water level switch (unplug the washer first) and check for continuity between 7 and 15.

No continuity - replace the water level Part number: WH12X10378
