Default Whirlpool upper agitator not working
Model Number: LSC9355BN0   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: More than 10 years   
The upper agitator doesn't function anymore. I can spin it either direction by hand with the machine on or off. I checked for parts and see that there is a kit for fixing this, but I don't know how to remove the upper agitator to replace these parts. Can someone give me some instructions?
