My 5 yr old Maytag top loading washer fills the tub in rinseonly, agitates in rinse, and spins then shuts down properly but does nothing(including no water flow into tub) when the selector diall is set to Wash Normalor Permanent Press (e.g. 12, 8, 5) and pulled out to activate.
