When I turn on washer, it goes thru the cycles but the washer does not fill with water. In addition, when I turn the knob to start the washer, it makes a timer noise. Prior to this water issue, the timer noise was only heard during the final spin and rinse cycles.

Also, this is an all in one unit and the dryer does not dry most loads in one cycle.
