Drain pump is defective, this machine use an electric pump, small objects like paper clip and coins left in pockets find their way into the pump and prevents the impeller from turning, small panties like(thongs) and socks also find their way into the pump, another thing that i find in the pump from time to time is the piece of half moon shape wire that come from in the bra, once it find it's way in the pump it will stop it from working, also if you wash old rugs in this machine the rubber from the back will flake off and clog up the pump.
