lights flashing
Model Number: WBSE3120B2WW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Installed new control board assembly in washing machine. All led lights flash and washer does nothing. have tried to reset and still nothing.

On the old control there was a plug with just a jumper wire, this is the model select plug. If that plug isn’t installed the control will do what you are describing. Clothes Washer Repair Guide
