Model Number: SAV365ZAWW Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
Hi,
I am looking to install a recently purchased Auger and agitator assembly (http://www.appliancepartspros.com/pa... am_id=1356649) for my Maytage SAV365ZAWW. I'm assuming I need to seperate the upper Auger from the lower part of the assembly to install it. Is this correct and if so, how do I get them apart? I don't want to try to force them apart if there is a screw or something holding them together. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide! Ads By Google Related Models |

My unit not only has a broken fin, but it also comes apart in two locations. So what I'm hearing here is the is that the part (#2 in the diagram) does not come apart and that to install it, I would just use a ratchet with a long extension. Correct?
Thanks again for all your help with this! |

Yes sir. If memory serves me right it's a 9/19 socket, maybe 1/2".
