Question taking off the back panel
Model Number: LA 9480xwn2   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 5 - 10 years

I want to replace the water inlet valve, but can't take off the rear panel to the washer. I took out all the screws and something is still holding it in. Does anyone have an answer?

The rear panel on your washer is not removable.

In order top access the water inlet valve you have to remove the whole cabinet.

- The part number for the water inlet valve is AP3094541

Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool washer Model LA9480XWN2
