Hi Gene,
Thanks for responding so quickly. The the model # is LCE43 32PQ1, the original problem was the lights stayed on was working fine one day the next day this happened then I replaced part # 326048437 first then was told that I needed part # 326048436 put that in today and its not allowing me to press any buttons to do anything lights come on then go off thats it.

Hello I did the diagnostic test now hot and cold temp lights stay on anrd on the cycle selector the normal light is flashing

Did it several times and the same thing occurs yeah I know cuz when I looked at the instructions U gave me before I don't see anything showing what I described so I decided to see if there was anything else U could tell me to do cuz I am getting very frustrated with it I just want to junk it

I feel sorry for you, but, in such situation, the only solution left is to call an authorized Whirlpool service. Make sure they do know this particular model and don't pay more than a service call unless it's really fixed. Don't forget to ask about warranty on their repairs.
