washer wont agitate, PLEASE HELP ME....

I've replaced the belt, and replaced the rool pin and still no agitation. I'ts like something is holding it back, it agitates real slow, but it seems to spin fine. Can someone help me figure this out it has been over 2 weeks now trying to fix this thing....
