I start my load an it is fine till it goes to spin out. It starts making a loud noise an then I get the ul the un level light and it will not spin the clothes out.I will move clothes around to make it level it does not work. has my suspension went out or do I need to check out something else or just buy a new suspension?

Hi. Raise the top (by using the potty knife release two clips one on each side). Check the suspension rods. If needed - replace them. The suspension Part number: AP4340124
Check the wiring harness from the motor to the control board. Check the connections. Unplug them and reconnect back. Post the results. Simon.
