Washer Repair

The movers pulled on the lid when bringing in the washer and broke the hinge that held the lid on. When I looked in the washer, they had put all the pieces including the two lid springs in the washer, apologized and left. I fixed it all and glued back together but don't know where to put the springs in the folding lid, at the back or where and not sure which is the right or the left? Can anybody help me. It is my friends and she is coming home today. HELP!!!!

Don't do anything more with the machine.

Call the movers and tell them to get a repair person out ASAP at their expense. If they hesitate at all contact the BBB and any other consumer protection agency in your area.

This is not your problem, and the movers have insurance to cover this sort of stuff. They are responsible and they should get it fixed in a timely manner.

Go get em!
