I'm getting the same errors, E62 and letter "J". The washer will run properly for a few minutes and then will flash the letter "J". It then pauses for a few seconds and then picks up on the cycle. Does anyone have a fix for this issue? Does a new controller board fix the problem?

Yup, same thing happened to me today, also. It looks like one of the previous responses had a good result with replacing the control panel. At about $130, that's not too much more than what I'd pay for a service call, before they even ordered parts or did any repairs. Think I'm going to order the part & see what happens. Hopefully it's not too nightmarish figuring out how to install the panel when it comes.
