This unit overfills and shuts down, I have replaced a water sensor and the pump, what else could cause this issue?

Is" the water sensor " you replaced located on the right top side of the cabinet?
Is the washer stops after the first fill?
What is the water level inside the tub?

Water level is more than 1/2 way up the door glass, yes it is first fill, then error code comes up, yes top right side

Hi.

Check the pressure switch hose for any cracks or cuts.

Check the connection between the pressure switch and control board. Unplug and plug back the disconnects.

What error code do you get?

F8E1 - connections and hoses seem fine. What about control panel board?

Hi.

Check the continuity between inlet valve VCH7 and CCU DI6.

Next between pressure switch and CCU PR6 cavity.

If harness checks OK - replace the CCU (control board).

I have continuity between thhose switches, but I did not get which pins should show continuity so all I know is when I touch certain pins on one switch and go accross the other location I find one or two that show continuity, so I assume that means the control CCU is bad?

Replace the control board (CCU).

You can return any unused parts even if they been installed.

Just replaced the control board and the same failure occurs, it overfills, shuts down and I get 8 flashing green and 1 flashing green, same failure, I would like to return this $150.00 control board as that is not the problem, what do I have to do to retuyrn it and have my credit card issued a credit?
