Problem: Filling and agitation are fine. After rinsing, most water is drained out, but clothes are very wet after spin cycle. After replacing new pump and new belt, the problem was the same.
Richappy told me (2009-07-21) that, “You might have something stuck in the tub. I would pull the spin basket and check. Before doing that, you can shine a light in the spin basket and check for items stuck in the tub.” So I followed the Service Manual, raised the top assembly and leaned it back; Removed the top; Removed the agitator; and removed the four mounting screws. But I could not lift the inner tub up over the center post and out of the cabinet. Two people tried to lift the inner tub, but even the entire machine was up, the inner tub was still connected to the machine. I tried to use a hammer to knock the center shaft while someone lifted the machine, but still could not separate it. I guessed that after so many years usage, the center plastic was melt to block the center shaft to come out. However I checked the space between spin basket and outer tub and did not find anything. Someone suggested that I lower the drain hose to ground level during spin cycle; it turned no help at all. The clothes (only one towel) were still very wet. Anything else can I do? Pleas advise me. Thank you very much. Adam
