Your model number does not come up as a valid number.
If you machine is less than 1 year old it should still be under factory warranty, so call the seller for the factory service site.
Good luck.

Good luck. It is a valid Model number as I can buy all that I want, problem is information, manuals and parts. Seller will not give up that information, it's a mentality thing here. Since I am in Kyrgyzstan, and most Warranties are null and void once anything comes in country, due to the way that they got here.

Ok, I can see the location would pose a problem.
About all I can do for you is to advise you to take off the console and see if there is not a tech sheet there that will take you through a trouble shooting routine and explain the error codes. I don't know how to tell you to get parts, other than to suggest European parts supplier, because your model number will not come up in U. S. data bases.
Good luck, sorry not to be more helpful.
