Washer Repair

I have a Whirlpool Ultimate Care II Washer and it does not drain the water. I put the dial to spin cycle and it does nothing. I put it on rinse and when it gets to the spin cycle it fills while it is in the spin cycle. I have the drain hose in the right position.... do you have any suggestions ???

I do not think it is....the drum spins and looks like it wants to drain, however, water keeps pouring into the washer. I will check to see if the washer agitates
