This past week my 3yr old LG Tromm Steam Washer stopped producing steam during the SteamFresh Cycle. The cycle runs just fine only without steam. The clothes are still wrinkled and dry when the 20 minute cycle is complete. I phoned LG and they had me unplug the machine and press and hold the start button for 10 seconds to reset the control panel but that did not work. Has anyone here had the same problem with their steam washer? I have placed a service call for Monday to have it checked out. I am very glad I purchased the extended 4 year warranty when I bought the set from Home Depot.
