Hello.

Before we go to any trouble is the motor running?

Open the control panel, go to the water level switch. With tub full of water (Washer unplugged) check the continuity (using the multimeter) between V and T. They should be closed. Install the jumper wire from T to V. Turn the washer on. If it starts - replace the water level switch.
If not go to the lid switch disconnect plug (3 wire plug on the top). Install jumper between two outside wires.
Plug in and start the washer. If it works - replace the lid switch.

The water level switch Part number: AP4567832
Part number: AP4567832

The lid switch Part number: AP3100003
Part number: AP3100003
