Hoypoint washer wont agitate and smell and see smoke from motor
Model Number: WLW3400SB Brand: Hotpoint Age: More than 10 years
The washer wont agitate, and when it does, only briefly, you can smell and see smoke coming from the motor.....And I mean HOTPOINT..LOL

The problem can be a bad transmission or a bad motor. Unfortunately they both have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are no longer available.
