Basket off track
Model Number: RAB1034AWo Brand: Roper Age: More than 10 years
Its an old washer...but I washed a rug in it and the basket detached - it is loose and though the spin mechanism works, the basket does not spin. I don't know how to reattach it. I had a guy come out once before to fix that and it took him all of 3 minutes.
