Washer hums in spin cycle only - I have changed the motor and still have the same problem. Any suggestions?

Remove the motor, and leave it connected to the wiring harness. See if it runs without a load attached to it. See if you can freely turn the transmission by hand at the motor coupling. If the motor runs, disconnected from the washer transmission, and you can't spin it by hand, the trouble is mechanical.
