My Duet’s control handle and indicator lights aren’t aligning. When the control handle is on “normal/casual wash” the indicator light shows delicate, heavy duty shows hand washables etc. Whitest whites shows double dashes in the time with no light indicator at all. I unplugged it for 2 minutes and this initially corrected the problem but it’s back. I also get beeping tones like I had when my pump was failing but no error codes are present with this problem. This is either the User Interface Assembly, Part Number: AP3129636 or the Control Board, Part Number: AP3767528. Since they are both very expensive parts any recommendation on which part it might be would greatly be appreciated! I also did the self test mode with no problems indicated. This also reset the alignment but it came back again also.

Most likely the problem is a bad user interface assembly and this is the part which I would replace first.

You have nothing to loose if you order parts from APP because you always can return unneeded part.

Thanks Gene! I will take your advice and replace the user interface first. Just looked at new front loaders and read reviews and it sounds like they are more problematic than the older ones like I have. I'll keep nursing this one a little longer! Again, Thanks.
