Try replacing the CCU unit still only getting 3 beeps. Checking door latch I didn't get any continuity on the part. Could that be it or should I look at the control panel two parts Ap4318652 or AP4538151 thanks Pat

The way Whirlpool tech diagnose and fix problems on this model is that they keep replacing parts until they find the combination that fixes it. That's just the way Whirlpool designed this machine, so you are going to have to do the same thing.
Since you are buying from APP remember that you can return parts you did not need.

I just put on a second CCU (sent the first one back) and a new door latch. On the new and old CCU there is only continuity on UIP connection going the the touch pad. There is power coming in form the IF2 (filter) 120 volts. There is power going out to the CU2 (steamer board) 1 volt and power going out form MCU (motor control) but that is it. No power going to UIP or DLS2 and HF2. Continuity is okay on all wires going to connections first mentioned. I have no idea what to do form this point forward, any additional advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Pat.

These steamer units are so new that us non-Whirlpool techs have very little experience with them.
I can only suggest you try and do some the diagnostics that are described in the tech notes which you should have found under the top. I think you are looking for something shorting out somewhere.

I appreciat you tying to help. I check back on the tech nots on page ten it has the results for the continulty test for some parts but not for the boads. like the ccu uint. When I got the new unit in I check it before I put any wires on it . That is why I was asking if you would know those numbres. Again it was not on the machine at the time I check it . Thanks Pat

Nobody ever release any detailed info on the boards, maybe to protect proprietary info so we are really limited.
Good luck, wish we could be more helpful.
