Recently I had to replace one suspension spring and both shocks on my model FWT645RHSO and when I turned it on to check it, it would not go into the spin cycle. The pump would run and drain the tub but the drum would not spin. I had had an early issue with the controller and thought it had finally given out so I purchased a new controller from Appliance Pros figuring that was my problem. After receiving and installing the controller, the controller still does not tell the motor to spin the drum. I did noticed after carefully looking over the machine, that when the spring had broke, the drum and motor had swung down far enough that the motor had struck the bottom of the cabinet. Can you tell me what else to look for or what else may have been damaged.

Sincerely,
Michael
