Default washer show ob on display and won't drain
Model Number: 11022062101   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years   

i recently change the u-joint kit on it, but now shows on display ob that code is for off balance i redistribute the load i even took the load out but keep shows the same ob another thing the machine is not draining out if you can help me with same advice here i would aprecciated

Most likely the problem is a clogged or broken drain pump.

There is a good possibilities that replacing the drain pump will fix an off balance problem too.

- The part number for the drain pump is AP3776224

Ok... i just got the drain pump delivered, i put it on ; and everything is working perfectly thanks for your help.
