We've done alot of testing and can't figure out the problem. The motor works if the belt is not attached. The belt is in good shape and we tried different adjustments today. We got it to spin one time...but it started very sluggish and we gave it a little push by hand and it picked up speed and worked fine. We were not able to get it to spin again. It also is not agitating now.
What should we look at next. My brother suggested that maybe the capacitor is bad. Does this make sense? What else?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you...Erin
