I have a front loader washer. when you close the door, select cycle, and push start, nothing happens. the red cycle led just blinks. i checked for power to the door switch and get 19 volts at both pink wire terminals. my question is, how many volts should be present at the switch and is the problem the interface, control unit, or door switch?

Hello Jeff. Here is an attachment with the correct ohms for the door lock, You can test this with a multi-meter [AP3873826]. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. If the door lock test good look to the control unit, How To Check Continuity With Ohmmeter.
