Our washer overflowed all over the floor, luckily we were close by to stop it and I syphoned it immediately. I think I may have found the cause and wondered if anyone concurred with my solution. It appears that the vacuum line to the level switch popped off allowing it to fill continuously, it has no hose clamp on it. I also would like to clean out the possible slime that is causing the stinch but dont know how to get the top off so I can remove the washer basket if you will or tub, I have a feeling there is a build up at the drain. HELP

HELP If that hose came off it would definitely cause the flood. On this model the whole cabinet comes off, not just the top. If you remove the control panel, underneath it in each corner you'll see a retainer clip. With a screwdriver you can release them, be careful they're under tension. With those removed the cabinet will pivot forward, you will have to disconnect the lid switch wiring. From there you'll have access to what you're looking to do. Be sure to unplug the power cord first.

Frank, Thanks for the info, that should be the answer I needed. The other thing is the tray did not do its job because it ripped away from the wall pipe one time when the washer was out of balance. I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to get the unit into the new tray up over the lip once I install a new one. Thanks
