Bought your washer suspension repair kit W10189077 for Whirlpool washing machine. Also purchased silicone-grease 26594P. Where on the new parts should I apply it? Or is it necessary to do so? Ann

Hi,

What does the instruction sheet say about the grease?

ApplianceJunk,

It does not say anything in the instruction sheet about greasing anything. My old suspension rods were just sitting on the metal frame with a bunch of grease underneath the suspension balls. I just now looked at the instruction sheet and it says "a new design has been developed to replace
the current grease with plastic bushings". Never mind. I guess it pays to
read instruction sheets carefully. Thanks, ApplianceJunk for pointing it out
to me. Ann
