I have a Neptune washer serial # 39752331GT. I get the "Lr" code when the washer starts the spin mode. It will drain and try to spin several times before it gives the code. I have run it through the diagnostics including the spin test with the same clothes in the washer and it all checks fine. The suspension has recently been replaced. It usually doesn't do it on the first load, usually takes two or three loads before the error pops up. The tub bearings seem tight and all spins easily by hand. I'm wondering if the motor has to heat up somewhat before it starts failing. Wasn't there a revised motor and control board for the model?
Thanks

I had forgotten I posted this a while back. Well what I found was very simple solution I read on another site. Apparently the way the ground wire is routed, it goes through several connectors before it makes it back to the circuit board. (Matag revised this in later models) I just pulled the connectors on the motor, pump and soap dispenser and made sure they were making good connections. Put it back together and it has been working flawlessly ever since. Apparently if there is a problem with the ground you can throw the Lr code. Hope this helps someone.
