I have a lound bang from tub hitting back panel on spin check shock there good the inside of tub when I move up and down and back an forth has no bearing movemount. tired balancing wash did no good what am I missing.

You possibly have a broken spring on the top. Take off the cover and check both springs. To get you the part numbers and the instructions provide complete model number.

You wrote that it has no bearing movement, what do you mean by that? If the inner basket will not spin freely and smoothly, then you have a bearing problem and the rear outer tub will need to be replaced, and if the spindle is bent or damaged, then the basket will also need to be replaced.

Sometimes the pulley can become bent at the rear of tub and can sometimes cause issues, but this usually results in the belt coming off pulley.

Check your owners manual to see how long the basket is covered - assuming that you would need to order one.

Hopefully it is an easy fix though.
