Hi, I'm new to this forum, please help. I'm looking for a repair manual that will show how to troubleshoot a no drain no spin problem. I'm getting ready to check the top lid switch to make sure it is working (OHM Meter). I turned the washer on it's side and it looks like there's some belt resado on the floor. Also there looks like a metal tie down thats used in shipping lose. Thats why I need the manual. Is there a place that I can download a manual?
ThankX
John:confused:

Ok, first thing is to set the machine up right again, and do not set it on its side. It doesn't like that. This site (scarfed from another Forum but they have yet to complain) will show you how to open up a direct drive machine and test the lid switch. You can do so by by-passing it with an insulted wire bare at the ends and inserted into the outer holes on the coupling coming from the console. If the machine spins, its ok, if not take off the cabinet and replace it. Kenmore top loader blues ‎(SublimeMasterJW's Appliance Advice)‎Good luck
