I have an old basement and my land lord has the drain pipe very high. it seems that my pump isnt able to full drain the tub anymore. the problem keeps the clothes very wet and we have to keep spinning and draining the machine, this takes lots of extra time and some time the washer gets over worked and wont sometimes spin. ive checked allthe tubes and pump for clogs but nothing.

is it possible to get a more hight powered pump to help get rid of the water????
Thanks
