I need help with my front load washer...I bought it from someone and it never came with an owners manual. It worked perfectly for several months but just today I noticed it was getting hot inside when I was washing in cold water and now it won't drain the water. A code F03 shows in the time display window. What does that mean and what shall I fix?

Hi Solitary

The F03 code is a problem with your water system. Sounds like your inlet valves may have failed, but hard to tell from here.

Open up the bottom panel and you will find a tech sheet that will explain the codes and give you some trouble shooting techniques. Also, here is the service manual

Good luck, if you need more info let us know what you learned and what you need.
