Does the little motor with the fan attached to the pump assembly come with a new one. The part number is AP 3160348. The diagram of the component shows the motor, but the part picture doesn't show the motor. Can you help me. Thanks

That's a really good question because I looked at serveral sites and they each have the same thing, the motor is shown in the diagram but the picture of the part does not have it.

I suspect that the motor does come with it, but I suggest you call APP (they had the lowest price by far, no I don't work for them, I am just a volunteer) and confirm it with them before you order.

Let us know what you find out.

The new pump is redesigned and no longer needs the fan but the motor is still there. Clothes Washer Repair Guide
