I have received the 1E code on my front load washer. I pulled out the onwer's manual that was given to me when I purchased the washer. I have followed all the steps the manual had told me to do for the 1E code. Now that I have them completed. I unplugged the washer for about 5 minutes plugged it back up and tried washing clothes again and the same error code came up again 1E.
Is there a reset button? What else can I do to clear this code since I have cleaned the inlet hose and I have done everything listed. Help the washer is maybe 2 years old. I don't have the money to buy a new just yet.

We done everything the owner's manual said to do.
Clean out the inlet hose filters and the drain and still getting the code. We have also left it unplugged for 3 hours and plugged it back up to see if that would help. NO didn't work.

Still getting the 1E code on my LG Washer Model # WM2016CW.

Very possible the problem is a bad water valve. Perform the troubleshooting as described in the Service manual.

There is no service manual for this particular model available, but the service manual I posted should be good for your washer as well.
