Hello,
My Whirlpool LXR7244JQ1 has just started making horrible, loud noises while washing. It still seems to wash fine however. What is happening and what should I do?

You could have a tranny going sour. Pull the outer cabinet off and see if the tranny is slinging oil, most probable problem.

Thank you sir. While I was waiting for a reply, I looked into it further and that is apparently what it is. When I pulled it out from the wall, i had a tiny puddle of oil, which came from the tranny. So.........:(
