Model Number: wfw9450ww00 Brand: Whirlpool Age: Less than 1 year
i bought this used, knowing something was wrong with it. i was going to start diagnosing, so i hooked up, put on "rinse/spin" and turned on. drum moved a little and i can hear pump running. but thats it. its stuck there. i try and cancel or unplug, stays doing same thing. hit cancel twice and power, pump stays running. any suggestions what to do next? thanks

Hard to say, look under the top and see if it has tech notes that will tell you how to put it into a diagnosis mode and will tell you how to do some testing on components like the control unit.
