The washer overflows with water quickly. The middle peice does not rotate and the only way it drains is when it is manually put in spin mode. Any ideas? Junk or fixable?

Remove the screw in the each corner of the control panel, pull it toward yourself and lift up on its hinges. Check the air pressure hose (clear plastic hose) connection to the water level switch. It it's connected properly and it's not clogged then the water level switch has to be replaced.
