Model Number: LA5300XTW1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
Hi!
The Timer knob control spindle snapped on our whirlppol washing machine. Whilst removing the spindle from the thread the timer control calibration has slipped by 180 degrees in a clockwise direction. Was wondering if anybody could tell me how to reset this. Thanks! Steve Ads By Google Related Models |

Take the cover off the timer and turn the cam by hand to an off position. This position will cause no washer action. Put the spindle and knob back on correctly till it indicates an off position. Now turn the knob, each of the three off positions should alighn up, if not, try again by turning the cam to the next off position.
