Did it agitate?

Did it drain?

Would the motor work on the spin cycle if it's removed from the washer?

It drains, then it pauses and should start to spin. Can you describe as much detail as possible what it does and does not.

Put the motor on the ground next to the washer with plug connected, make sure it is not touching anything, and then start the washer on spin cycle.

Make sure you use the jumper to bypass the lid switch.
