Washer agitator doesn't turn during wash cycle unless I manually apply downward pressure then it does it's "jerky thing" until I release pressure. Is there a loose bolt or broken gear? How do I open this up to look?

The lsq9244eqo Whirlpool apparently has broken agitator dogs. I had to figure out how to take the thing apart and once I did I found the broken dogs. Odered them today Thanks anyway... Bill
