front load ge washer

Model Number: wbvh6240fww Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years

washer wont drain. i cleaned the hoses but pump makes a buzzing noise and i cant figure out how to take off the pump. any help would be appreciated. by the way the pump will hum even with the power off but still connected to power outlet. again thanks . renwick
