motor is not turning.
Model Number: wpgt9350c0pl Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Went to wash a load of cloths and screen popped up "there is a problem with the unit" Went and did a diagnostic test and says that the motor is not turning. Which parts will i need to get the washer back up and running.

Hi,
I would check with a multimeter to see if there was voltage to the motor.
