I have a Frigidaire Affinity front load washer. It will not spin. I ran a diagnostic test on it and an E47 code came up. I referred to Test 7 on the sheet, it said to check the ohm's on the door switch to make sure there is 1500 ohm's. I did that and I had around 1526 ohm's. We checked the pump and cleaned out the filter and still the same thing. The sheet says if I am getting 1500 ohm's on the PTC switch than the control board is bad. is that part #AP4362398? I ordered this part yesterday from this website. I did some more research last night and found were someone was having the same problem and they replaced the door switch and the control board and was still having the same problem. somebody told them to replace the door latch. I looked at my door latch and it looks fine. Do you have any advice for me? Thank You!

The speed or motor control board is more likely the problem on these models. See if you can use the tech notes to do some testing on it. If you buy from this site and replace it and it does not fix the problem you can return it.

What is the part number for the speed or motor control board?
