Help! The door on my front loading washer won't latch! It "fits" into the lock OK but won't stay latched. It appears that the part on the body of the washer that's probably supposed to move down (or in?) to make the door latch tightly, won't move...at least that's what it looks like upon visual inspection. Something appears to be jammed or something.... Might it have something stuck in there somewhere?
