Hi,

Washer fills with water and then agitates and drains correctly, but it does not continue on to the Rinse Cycle. Any ideas what may be causing this? If I push the selector in and turn to Spin Cycle and pull out selector it will spin, just won't do anything at the Rinse Cycle.

Check if the washer is getting cold water (choose cold water on the water temperature switch).

Open the control panel and look for the tech sheet. Perform the troubleshooting as described there.

No, it's not getting cold water. It doesn't matter what setting I put the temp switch to either.
