Washer wont spin

My Washer will not spin. When the timer hits the spin cycle the tub just rotates slowly to the right a few revolutions then to the left. It does this untill the timer clicks off. I have replaced the spin control board but that did not solve the problem. The door lock light comes on and the door locks. Can anyone give me an idea what the problem might be.

Hello. First thing I would do is clean out the Part number: AP4359940
Part number: AP4359940
here is a link to give you an idea of the location of the pump, or just replace it. If the pump is free and clear.the next stop will be the speed control board. Motor/tub replacement parts for Frigidaire GLTF1670AS1 Frigidaire/washer | AppliancePartsPros.com.
